“san sebastian style pintxos” in Belltown
Carmel and I went to Txori, this Tapas bar in Belltown the other day. A tiny little place with very original cocktails and delicious and tiny Spanish dishes, this is a perfect place for happy hour or a late-night snack. Just be careful you don’t walk right past it!
Stuffed Squid on the left and Seafood Paella on the right.
The open kitchen with barstools in front of it reminded me of a sushi bar.

Everything was delicious. Unfortunately my favorite dish was the one thing we ate before remembering to take a picture (it was that good!) – it was something like an egg/potato fritatta sandwich…mmmm.

the name of the drink is “Kalimotxo”. Tipic of “Pais Vasco”
