Keio-Waseda Baseball

久しぶりね!haha long-time no see! I stayed with my friend Michelle and her relatives in Yokohama for the weekend. It was so nice – like staying at an inn, they were so hospitable! Anways, I have enough pictures for the next few days so check back often!

We went to the big Keio-Waseda (rival universities) baseball game on Sunday. I knew baseball was a big deal in Japan but I was surprised by the crowds here – they were huge for one thing, and they cheer pretty much throughout the whole game! I’m really not one for sports so don’t ask for a recap of the game, I was more interested in the crowds and the *experience* of going to a baseball game in Japan. ; ) cimg4487
