An Artistic Endeavor

Sometimes I feel like I’m walking through art galleries that also happen to sell clothing. I think in places like Harajuku the appearance of the storefront is just as important as the clothing inside. In an endless maze of shopping, how else do you stand out?

There was a yaki-imo (baked sweet potato) vendor down the street so everyone was breaking the "don't eat while walking" rule.. : )

  3. the first one, design festa, is actually an art gallery with 3 floors of mini galleries, and a garden cafe with free wifi.
    i’ve been meaning to head back there to post from the garden.
