The Guggenheim Museum (NYC)

We were on our way to the Met and a girl stopped us to ask where the Guggenheim Museum is. Kyle and Paul quickly looked it up on their phones (in a competition of the iphone and the blackberry, as always) and while looking Kyle found out that on Fridays after 5pm you can pay your own admission price. So we decided to change our plans and go there.

I have to say, I’m glad we didn’t have to pay full price for this museum (~$20). They seemed to be in the middle of removing/adding installations so there wasn’t much on display.

Not bad for $5 though. Frank Lloyd Wright’s sketches are amaaaaazing.

  1. I love the Guggenheim.

When I visited New York it was being renovated and the outside was covered in scaffolding, so it’s nice to see the outside properly.
