Aren’t these Knitted Trees in Pioneer Square charming? Suzanne Tidwell, an artist out of Sammamish, WA has turned this little corner of the neighborhood into the setting of a Dr. Seuss book and it looks marvelous!

I love these, the colours are so summery! I’ve seen versions of this in Delft and Vancouver but these are by far the best.

When was this? I’m from the Seattle area and just stumbled upon your blog and love your pictures! I’m more of a writer than a photographer, but love finding places in the Puget Sound area to take photos of — of course, they’re nowhere near as good as yours, but you’re definitely giving me ideas. I’ll definitely be checking you blog out some more!
